        When does the server open?

        Friday, November 6 at 5 PM ET. That's Fri, Nov 6 · 5 PM ET where you are.

        Is it a subscription?

        No. Ranks are a one-time payment. Nothing renews and you won't be charged again.

        How fast do I get my rank or gems?

        Usually within a few minutes. If you're offline, they're applied the next time you join. If it doesn't arrive within 24 hours, we deliver it or refund you.

        I play on Java and Bedrock. Does one rank cover both?

        No. Java and Bedrock are separate Minecraft accounts, so a rank or gems go to the one account you enter at checkout. Pick the account you play on most.

        Does my rank work on every mode?

        Yes. Your rank tag and gem balance are network-wide. Progress like levels, coins and items is separate in each mode, and each mode adds its own rank perks, starting with Unstable FFA and Gens.

        Is it pay-to-win?

        Ranks are mostly cosmetic. They also give free coins every day (50 to 600; one kill pays 10). Everything in the coin shop can be earned by playing.

        What's the difference between coins and gems?

        Coins are earned by playing and stay in each mode. Gems are bought or won, and one balance works on every mode.

        I already own a rank. Do I pay full price to upgrade?

        No. Enter your username at checkout and the price drops by what you've already paid. Going from VIP to MVP costs $5, not $10. Every rank keeps everything from the ranks below it.

        What's the OG tag?

        Our first 100 supporters get a permanent OG tag with their purchase, whatever they buy. It can be traded to another player, but each transfer locks it for 180 days.

        I have a creator code. Where does it go?

        Add it in your basket before checkout. Codes from Raven creators take money off your order and support the creator.

        Can my parent pay, or can I buy for a friend?

        Yes to both. The rank goes to the username you type in, not the person paying, and the receipt goes to the email used at checkout. See our note to parents.

        What happens when a season ends?

        The RavenPass resets each season (Season 1 ends December 30, 2026). Your rank stays.

        My purchase didn't arrive.
