Terms of service

By joining a Raven Network server, our Discord, or using this website, you agree to these terms and to our rules. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

• Raven Network is an independent Minecraft server. It is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. You must also follow the Minecraft End User License Agreement.
• If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission to make purchases.
• We can change, reset or remove game content, including seasonal progress, to keep the game fair and working. We announce major changes in Discord.
• We can suspend or ban accounts that break our rules. Banned accounts don't receive refunds for purchases.
• Our services are provided as they are. We work hard to keep them online, but we can't promise they'll always be available or error-free.

Store terms

• Our store is operated by Tebex Limited, our official reseller, which handles payment, billing and taxes. Tebex's own checkout terms also apply to your purchase.
• Ranks, gems and other items are licences to use virtual content on our servers. They have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be transferred between accounts except by our staff.
• Ranks and gems are delivered to the one Minecraft account entered at checkout. Java and Bedrock are separate accounts.
• Ranks are one-time purchases that stay on your account for as long as Raven Network operates and the account is in good standing. Perks within a rank may be adjusted over time to keep the game balanced.
• Gems are a network currency. Their price in items is set by us and may change.
• The OG tag goes to our first 100 supporters. It can be transferred to another player, but each transfer locks it for 180 days. Creator codes can take money off an order; they can't be combined with other offers unless we say so.
• Make sure the username you enter at checkout is correct. Purchases delivered to a wrong username you entered can't always be moved.

Refund policy

Because items are delivered to your account straight away, purchases are generally final once delivered. We will always help if something went wrong:

• Not delivered: if your purchase didn't arrive within 24 hours, open a ticket and we'll deliver it or refund it.
• Charged twice or charged in error: contact us within 14 days for a refund of the duplicate.
• Chargebacks: please contact us before disputing a payment. A chargeback removes the items and bans the account until it's resolved.

Nothing in this policy affects rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

Privacy policy

What we collect

• In game: your Minecraft username and account ID, IP address (for security and ban enforcement), chat messages, gameplay stats and moderation history.
• Purchases: Tebex shares your username, the items bought and the transaction ID with us. Your card and billing details stay with Tebex and its payment providers; we never see them.
• Discord: your Discord ID if you link your account or open a ticket.
• This website: no tracking cookies. We may use cookie-free, anonymous visit statistics (such as page views and which buttons are used) to improve the site. Your basket and username are saved in your own browser so you don't lose them between visits.

How we use it

To run the servers, deliver purchases, show leaderboards, prevent cheating and abuse, and answer support requests. We don't sell your data.

Who we share it with

Tebex for payments, and the hosting providers that run our servers. Public leaderboards show your username and stats. To show live information, this website asks a few outside services directly from your browser: mc-heads.net (player head images, using the username you type), mcsrvstat.us (server status), Discord (member count) and Google Fonts (the fonts this site uses). When you open your basket, the page also loads Tebex.js from Tebex, which shows the payment window. Those services see your IP address like any website you visit.

How long we keep it

Gameplay and purchase records are kept while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above. Ban records are kept to enforce bans.

Your choices

You can ask us what data we hold about you or ask us to delete it by opening a ticket. Some records, such as purchases and bans, may be kept where we need them for legal or security reasons.
