I can't connect

  1. Java: add server play.ravennetwork.net. The latest Minecraft version is recommended.
  2. Bedrock: server play.ravennetwork.net, port 19132.
  3. Kicked straight away? Wait 30 seconds and try again. Logins are rate-limited.
  4. Still stuck? Send us a screenshot of the error.

My purchase didn't arrive

  1. Wait 5 minutes, then log out and back in. Purchases apply when you're online.
  2. Check you bought for the right username, and on Bedrock that it started with the . prefix.
  3. Open a ticket with your username and the Tebex transaction ID from your receipt email (starts with tbx-).

Report a player

Open a report ticket with their username, the rule they broke, when it happened and a clip or screenshot. Reports with video are handled first.

Appeal a ban or mute

Open an appeal ticket with your username, the punishment and your side of what happened. One appeal per punishment; staff reply in the ticket.

Report a bug

Tell us what you did, what you expected and what happened, plus the mode and region (NA or EU). Exploits reported privately may be rewarded; exploits used are bannable.

Account and rank questions

Ranks and gems belong to the account they were bought for and work on every mode. Java and Bedrock are separate accounts, so a Java rank doesn't appear on Bedrock. Changing your Java username keeps your rank. Changed your Bedrock gamertag? Open a ticket and we'll move it across.

A note to parents

Raven Network is free to play. Nothing on the store is needed to play or enjoy the game.

  • What's for sale: one-time ranks (a name tag, cosmetics and small daily in-game coin bonuses) and gems, a cosmetic currency. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews.
  • Who gets it: purchases go to the Minecraft username typed in at checkout. Java and Bedrock are separate accounts.
  • Payments: handled by Tebex, our official reseller. We never see card details. The receipt goes to the email used at checkout.
  • Refunds: if something doesn't arrive or you were charged twice, we fix it or refund it. See our refund policy. Please contact us before disputing a payment.
  • Safety: chat is moderated and our rules ban harassment and sharing personal information. Reach staff any time through a ticket in our Discord.
